Cyklorena Vysočina (37km)

30 minutes from Prosec in Nové Město na Moravě (#NMNM) is this great sports center Cykloarena Vysočina. Among other things, there are maintained cycling single-tracks, road trails, but also MTB trails. Both the technically advanced bikers and families with children will find this facility amazing and challenging enough.

Interplanetary Trail, Prosec (0.3km)

As a second project of this kind in Czechia in 2006 with large involvement of students from local elementary school in Prosec was introduced Interplanetary Trail. On this 8km long trail you walk or bike from a planet to planet and you will learn interesting facts about each of them.

Toulovcovy Maštale (5km)

Valleys, rock-cities, caves, and even individual rocks named after what they look like (Columbus Egg, Plated Boat, etc.). The entire territory is interlaced with a dense network of marked hiking trails; visitors can even refresh themselves from numerous natural springs.

Dwellings carved in sandstone, Zderaz (3km)

In the neighboring village of Zderaz there are super old dwellings carved in sandstone - cellars, whose origins a historically very vague. What is certain though is that they were inhabited and served as cellars and drying rooms for harvest. The trip makes a perfect walk or bike ride with kids!

Toulovcova Observation Tower

15.5 meters (51ft) tall, at an altitude of 539m above sea level Toulovcova outlook-tower opened in 2002 with its two observation decks and 60 metal steps to climb. On a nice day you can see as far as Krkonose mountains which is basically a part of state line with neighboring Poland. Open from April-October.

Observation Tower Terezka (3 km)

25 meters tall, at an altitude of 626 m above sea level Terezka outlook-tower opened in 2005 with its 4 observation decks and 112 metal steps to climb.

Observation Tower Boruvka (5 km)

Borůvka tower was opened to the public in June 2005. At first glance visitors are impressed with the tower’s unique construction, which rises to the height of 18.5 metres. 70 stairs lead to the observation platform located at the height of 15 metres. From this height visitors are treated to views of the Maštale region, Skuteč, Chrudim, Pardubice, the Orlické Mts., the Bohemia-Moravian Highlands, and the Železné Mountains.

“Nine Rocks” Trail (5 km)

The highest point of Žďárské vrchy - Nine rocks (836 m) can be reached by a relatively easy route suitable for families with children. With caution, it is possible to climb to the top with a view. With the stroller we can reach the previously mentioned crossroads "Nine rocks" under the rocks themselves.
