Price list

Price includes:
a) Linens, Water usage, Wifi, TV, Electric, Sauna, all outside amenities

b) Limited amount of firewood

Price does not include:
a) Final Cleanup 1000 Kč 

b) Municipal Recreation Fee to town of Prosec 40Kč / per person of age over 18 years old

c) Excessive use of firewood (excessive use determined by management)  

If you need a different number of nights we will make you the best custom price
During the main season (June, July, August, September) we prefer full-week stays Saturday to Saturday
Check in by 3PM / Check out by 10AM
We reserve the right to adjust pricing outside the time of any reservation

Terms of Payments and Cancelations:
Reservation is only confirmed after Reservation Deposit in the amount of 50% of the full balance is paid. This payment is made at the time of reservation.
The booking person can cancel reservation without any reason according to terms bellow:
If reservation is canceled 30 days or more prior to arrival - full amount is to be refunded.
If reservation is canceled in the time period of 14-30 days prior to arrival - 50% of reservation deposit is to be refunded.
If reservation is canceled 14 days or less prior to arrival - there is NO refund on reservation deposit.
There is a Refundable Damage Deposit in the amount of 10,000 Kc payable with the payment deposit or at the acceptance of the keys.
Deposit will be returned at the time of check out or via bank transfer on the day of departure.
