Price list

PRICE INCLUDES:

1. All equipment, bedding and towels, baby cots
2. Water consumption, Wifi, TV
3. Outdoor seating, fireplace, grill, parking
4. Firewood in limited quantity, 1 x barbecue briquetts

PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:

1. Refundable deposit 10.000 CZK, for CHristams and New Year's Eve 20.000 CZK
2. Final cleaning 3.000 CZK
3. Electricity consumption according to actual meter reading
4. Cleaning of the outdoor grill 250 CZK
5. Dog max. 1 per stay - 1.000 CZK 
6. Recreation and accommodation fee to the municipality of Proseč 40 CZK / Day / Person (applies only to persons over 18 years of age)
7. Firewood in above-standard quantity (at the discretion of the owner)

FURTHER INFORMATION:

1. When making a reservation you will be charged a deposit of 50% of the price of the stay.
2. The balance of the stay (50%) is payable to the landlord's bank account 7 days prior to the start date.
3. A refundable deposit of 10.000 CZK is payable to the landlord's bank account together with the balance of the stay.
4. The refundable deposit will be cleared within 7 days after the end of the stay to your bank account.
5. If a different number of nights is required, the price is negotiable.
6. In summer (June, July, August) weekly stays from Sat 04.30 PM to Sat 10.00 AM.
7. Dogs are not allowed to be walked on the grounds of the Roubenka or enter the bedrooms.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Deposit is fully refundable if cancelled 60 days prior to arrival.
2. If cancelled 26 - 59 days prior to arrival, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
3. If cancelled less than 25 days prior to arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
4. We reserve the right to adjust prices and the above conditions at the time the reservation is not binding.
